It has been a few years since I attended any yoga let alone hot yoga, and I have to say everyone was so welcoming. I was guided through my practice so gently but I was so challenged. I am defiantly interested in attending regularly once my Groupon runs out.
Participated the class and I loved it. I have to give the full credit to instructor Kyle Lazovik. He explains very well for each movement and clear demonstration on the posture. I highly recommended. The only thing I would like to suggest is to reduce the max number of the people for the class. It's hot temperature and I would like to see bit loose space for the class.
I attended the Yin yoga first time and it was a very nice stretch class after a tired day working. Instructor Jennifer was nice and helpful. But the room temperature is higher than I expected. Maybe because there was a previous hot yoga class
I attended the Vinyasa Flow class on a Saturday at 1pm. Low-heat class; not busy, around 10-12 participants. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me right away. The instructor I had (middle-aged blonde female, sorry I don't remember her name), was absolutely lovely. She was confident, relaxed and had a very positive energy about her. I really quite like her-- my only feedback would be to be more specific in explaining which muscles to isolate/stretch or how we could make it more challenging since I found the class to be low-difficulty. However, her style of teaching is more hands-off than other instructors which is a beautiful thing as well because it allowed me to make the class my own and engage in deep meditation during my practice.
Good, but if instructor can show us the posture, would be awesome.
This was my first time attending a practice at this studio and I am seriously considering a monthly pass after last night's class. The studio is stunning; so calming and welcoming. Right I away I felt at ease and ready to practice. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who found my reservation and walked me thru the space. The instructor was amazing; she had a very calming and comforting presence. The actual studio was clean and inviting. It was one of the best yoga practices I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this studio and the restorative yoga to class to anyone, but mostly to those looking at stating yoga.
