Everything here is incredible! Love the space, the teachers and the classes. They are very welcoming and I am quickly able to strengthen my flexibility and balance. I am very grateful for this studio!

I decided to sign up for an activity I had never tried before because I enjoy challenging myself. I refused to let fear or anxiety hold me back. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I savored every moment. I am committed to returning and will be becoming a member soon.

TLY is a great studio with wonderful teachers. Each instructor brings their own strengths and expertise to class. There are a variety of class types to choose from that range in different levels of difficulty. I love the welcoming atmosphere I walk into each time I attend class. The owner also has a great podcast that dives deeper into philosophies and all things yoga. It’s a great tool to strengthen my practice.

TYL is an amazing wellness space, great instructors, immaculate vibes, and best of all is the community focus of everything they do. This place is a KC gem!

Vinyasa with Evy is the perfect midweek pick me up. She provides a few different poses or binds for some of the more challenging poses and it’s fun to play around with! I absolutely love her Wednesday flow and yin afterwards compliments it so well.

I’m glad to call TLY a second home, practicing here definitely feels like an escape inward and I’ve absolutely loved all of the instructors here as well as the classmates I meet. (-:

True Love Yoga is a place of wonder. True Love Yoga is a place of community. Thanks to Sista Lauren's studio, I have never felt so whole. Lauren and other instructors there have given my life more purpose. Thanks to Lauren Leduc and True Love Yoga, I don't feel as much depression in my heart and soul as I used to.
