Another great experience at Shanti hot yoga studio. Very skilled instructor...really enjoyed the class!

I had an awesome hot yoga class tonight at Shanti Hot Yoga in Bedford! The studio is very spacious and welcoming. Beautiful building, entry, change rooms and yoga studio. The class was such a great workout and was very relaxing. I enjoyed it so much and can not wait to go back. Highly highly recommended!
