I went to the Kickboxing/Self-Defense class on a night when all of the normal participants were absent for various reasons and they still gave me one-on-one training!  Logan is basically in charge of the class which worked out well for me because I prefer a woman.  But Grandmaster Grimsley is also present and jumps in wherever he sees fit!  They will cater your training to what you want - if you want to get techniques right and be precise in the art, they will teach you again and again; if you want to just have a general gist of how to defend yourself, they will ease up and provide a more relaxed session.  Will definitely go back and sign up for a full round of classes!
