I have been very impressed! Raining relief has done a phenomenal job navigating through Covid and shut downs. They are on top of notifying me about the kids classes, and Brooke has been wonderful at answering emails and helping on the phone! Thank you for providing a space for the kids to be kids!

Very clear instructions, clean environment, well educated teachers who will give options to people more advanced or newer they are flexible and able to read a room well everyone was friendly and helpful and approachable

I love Flexibility and Flow with Carmen, she is fantastic at explaining the moves and what you should be feeling, as well as how to modify the moves if you need too. She is also very encouraging throughout the class. My only wish would be more classes, especially since Thursday evenings are never an option for me.

The energy is amazing when you first walk in. Everyone is so welcoming and happy to see you. I love going to class every week and getting a workout but also having a good laugh!

I cannot wait to come to class multiple times every week not just to learn new aerial hammock skills but to be around a friendly energetic group of women! Raining Relief instructors are accepting, encouraging individuals who support each client and each other in their fitness challenges which makes each class so fun! I have always hated the gym and dreaded going to work out but I love Raining Relief! I cannot get to class enough
