Great class, inspiring always. Appreciated transition from downdog to forward fold with feet pressed together, makes transition easier with very tight hips.

Great class, appreciated how chair and lunge were mixed in with flow, something to do in my home practice. Like it that way, feels less like calisthenics or something. The little pre-jump for crow really helped, sort of provided momentum. Haven't done headstand in a long long time, felt great. Thanks Bren!! :)

The post-class out front by the door is as important as the class itself, if not more important. This is where we develop trust with clients, and so important for job security given the precarious nature of payment by class.

Just because your boss frequently gets a little carried away with herself with a tendency for lipping off when it suits her, that does not mean you have to be that way. You can do much better.

Great class, however, will be moving to Sunday Vinyasa... perhaps best with different yogis leading that class each week.

Another great Hatha class. I take this class because it's useful for form and strengthening... not interested in the flow, or yin, or whatever; that said, this class fits my schedule as I karate train Monday and Thursday evenings, spread out given relatively high impact on hips and lower back.

It was suggested that I try something else as I am "in a rut" ;) ... no, I'm not in a rut, and know what I need. If it's preferred that I not attend, great, I can cancel my PLY membership.

Another great Hatha class, appreciative of the attention to form and strengthening; noticing small improvements in many of the poses.

Another great Hatha class, although the massage at the end was a surprise. I like Hatha with its attention to form, and not for massage.

Appreciative of the many one-legged opportunities to improve balance... which is what happened for me. Possibly a carry-over from a weekend karate seminar and Nidan testing.

Also find many carry-overs from yoga practice to the dojo floor, including Warrior 3 > Back kicks, Warrior 2 > Blocking stance, Warrior 1 > both hips forward for punching.

Enjoying the two-way practice, as they continue to nourish each other! :)

One of the things I really like about this class is its slow pace, which allows for exploration of the various positions, making way for adaptations, discoveries, etc.

Appreciative of the option for class even though I was the only one registered... staying with my weekly schedule matters, especially this Hatha class with its focus on strength (and flexibility), and Tuesday scheduling, as a complement to weekly dojo training Monday and Thursday evenings.

Finally getting Goddess pose and how it leads into Garland pose or full squat!
