Rebecca‘s class was fantastic! She had really good energy and a very nice flow to the class. Would totally recommend her as a teacher to take you through your practice.
It was my first time doing yoga and I felt welcomed and encouraged by Jessica. I worked up a good sweat and felt rejuvenated and energetic leaving the session. I will definitely be coming back.

The class with Rebecca was wonderful! I was a little hesitant as this is only about the 4th yoga class I’ve ever taken but I was pleasantly surprised with the smooth flow of the class and it seemed like a really nice balance of movement, long stretches and mindfulness.

Great atmosphere. Loved my visit and can’t wait to try again. 100% released and recharged.
Some of the breathing sequences were hard but so worth it. Even my finger tips were relaxed and I could feel the tightness in my jaw and chest just let go. Amazing class!!!

Jill is an amazing instructor, and she does an excellent job of guiding me back to my body, my breath, and my being. Her commitment and passion are always evident , and her philosophical musings are ones I revisit throughout my day and week.

I attended the Yang/Yin class that Julia led us through and it was wonderful. Julia was kind and helpful as I am new to the practice. She helped ensure I was in the correct position, checked in on me and was great at explaining what to do, where we should be feeling something, etc. I would definitely recommend this class for a newbie but Julia did give lots of variations so experienced individuals would also love.
The studio itself has lots of parking, clean and very friendly. I highly recommend this class and studio!
