Laura's Tuesday Strength class is a wonderfully challenging workout for beginners and more experienced participants. It's fun, it keeps us moving and makes me want to go back!

I’ve been loving the strength circuit classes! What an extremely fun way to workout! My favorite is the Tread and Core circuit. I’ve been getting stronger each class!!

My first class. Met Lisa before class and shared my limitations. She appreciated me letting her know. The pace and moves were a good challenge while allowing me to modify. Students don’t talk at all which seems awkward. Are all classes that way? I’ll need to get used to hearing the instructor’s voice over the music. Thank you, Lisa.

Wednesday morning yoga meditation zoom makes my whole day. Theresa always has a creative and challenging routine for us the exercises the whole body. Her meditation message is insightful.
