I left this class feeling like I had a healthy workout of my mind and body.
Charlotte has really come into her own. Her classes are relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time because she does an all-around body workout (yoga style, of course). I enjoy her classes very much.

I had never practiced Kundalini yoga before, so this was a first for me and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. It was relaxing yet I felt like I had a good work out. I will definitely take this class again.
