Sunny’s classes are always well-structured, with clear cues and thoughtful imagery that support both focus and flow. I always feel empowered to modify movements as needed, and I leave each class feeling grounded, energized, and like I’ve given my whole body a good challenge.

Soul Stretch - Yoga Restore + Yin at Soul\Fuel on a Thursday nights is always just what my body and mind needs near the end of a busy work week, and several sessions of distance running and cross-training. 5 Stars for SF and instructor Chelle every time!
Khyla’s class was amazing! She combined HIIT and Pilates for a workout that hit both strength and cardio in such a satisfying way. I really appreciated how informative she was—especially when it came to form and balance. Her clear explanations made it easy to follow along

Really enjoyed the (Online) SOUL STRETCH - Restorative + Yin Yoga with Magz! The class really helped me to relax and open up my body. I came into class feeling stiff and left with more ease. Will be coming back to this class!
Sunny was really helpful and kind in my first reformer session. She explained everything clearly and fixed my moves when needed. I liked how she guided my body the right way
