It was good to get back to the Monday morning class after a couple of weeks of cancellations. Just the right time and content to set me up for the week, and Sara is an excellent instructor. I’ve made a mental note to avoid getting too close to the reformer equipment in case I fall on to it!
A great mix of some basic positions leading on to more challenging poses. Easy to follow Kim’s instructions and the pace was good for me.
I’ve been coming to Kim’s Synergy class regularly and it’s always a highlight of my week. Her instructions are so clear and thoughtful, and she explains everything in a way that really deepens the practice. Highly recommend!
This is an excellent class for me. It’s challenging but Sara is a great instructor, and 75 minutes of yoga first thing on Monday really sets me up for the week.

My first Yogi Barre class was this evening. I’ve been doing Nicky’s Beginner Yoga classes for a while and felt like trying this one. I’m so glad I did! It was marvellous!

Another excellent Synergy class with Kim this evening and a brand new routine. A full-body workout plus a lie-down at the end in just under an hour is a great way to exercise with this mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi though the core tracks are a bit cheeky!
