This was a wicked experience! The studio is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly. Tina's class was top notch and even as someone who has never danced choreography before, it wasnt super intimidating and felt very empowering.

Welcoming. Clean. Professional. Every person was friendly and encouraging. Instructors fantastic. BEST feedback. The most body positive environment I have ever been in.

Today was my second class and certainly wont be my last! I was super nervous at first but everyone at the academy made me feel so safe and the people I’ve had classes with have been awesome too! Ive had zero experience with dancing but the foundations classes have made me feel pretty confident that I can do this :)
I cannot wait to come back soon, it is in fact addicting.

Holy man what a fun time! My sister has been going for years so I finally took the plunge and went with her for a foundations class, I felt sexy, I felt powerful and most of all I felt super comfortable! As a big woman sometimes it's hard to feel all of thoes body positivity vibes but the vibes were flowing and I was drinking up all that confidence like a sexy little sunflower! 10/10 will for sure dance again!  Worth every single "pole kiss" the day after!

Went to the student showcase this weekend and tried my first classes on Monday. I loved the atmosphere and the girls are so nice and welcoming!

Such a welcoming space.  The aerial conditioning workout was just hard enough to be both work, and enjoyable!   Will definitely be back.  Gorgeous spot with a glowing vibe!

On Sunday March 10,2024, our birthday crew had a class scheduled. Jodie was very professional and super nice to us. Jodie was also very welcoming and patient. We had so much fun and I totally recommend.
