Liz has been my favorite instructor in Denver for a couple of years. Her mix of Yin and Yoga Nidra classes on Sunday nights is the perfect way to start my work week off right!

My girlfriend took me to this class and it was my first formal yoga class. I absolutely loved it. Very relaxing and the instructor was great.
