Worked with Hannah tonight and she is very professional and listened to our goals. During workouts she knew when we could/needed to increase things but always asked before doing it. Look forward to working with her again.

I really enjoy Silver Sneakers! I’m so glad I joined. It’s a good workout for sure…. Both Jennifer & Hannah are great instructors! They have to instruct me a lot because I don’t seem to be real coordinated! lol They have a lot of patience with us “old gals”!

This is my first experience with a personal trainer. When I arrived, Haleigh gave me a tour of the gym, showed me all of the equipment, and explained the purpose of each piece. She asked me what my goal was and quickly devised a plan specific to my needs. Considering it has been well over 10 years since I have worked out, I was a bit leery but she was with me every step of the way. To wrap it up, she was absolutely amazing.  I look forward to our future sessions.
