Great sense of community, amazing teachers, a true haven for the soul.

I’ve been a part of the South River yoga community for 2 years, and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best things I have done for myself in my life!  Certainly for my body but also my mind!  I’ve learned so much from each of the teachers and their knowledge of our bodies!  Of course I still have a lot to learn, but I have also enjoyed so much the community with other women! So to say I love being a part of South River Yoga is an understatement!

I don't know how Annie does it, but she has amassed the greatest group of yoga instructors in the South River Studio.  They are professional, highly skilled, entertaining,  and they always put the needs of the students first.  The area itself is well maintained---
actually, spotless. And this includes the times the COVID epidemic was running rampant through our lives.  The location, just off 55 and Meramec Bottom, is ideal for St. Louis County, Jefferson County and nearby counties in Illinois.  South River Yoga has been a great addition to the community.

Jamie is so awesome. I’ve been sitting at Barnes for past 4 days for 10hrs/day my mom is there. Yoga was just what I needed. Trying things that 2 years ago I would have said I can’t but now I say I’ll try.

I love SRY and all of my instructors.  There is something special about Jamie though.  She really pays attention to everyone in her class and offers corrections on our poses.  I so appreciate that as a fairly new member and still really feel like I am learning every class.  Today we focused on hamstrings.  She walked us a through a proper sun salutation and explained the best way to properly stretch all parts of the hamstrings.  I learn something new everyweek with her.  I think she is amazing!

This place is beautiful! The perfect yoga atmosphere! The teachers are amazing! Every single one.
