Celebrating 3 years at Mystic Power Yoga this week.  I have met a wonderful group of friends and teachers.  Started as a beginner , practicing once a week, it was a bit intimidating at first , some classes are mixed skill levels, but as I kept coming back I could see the progress I was making in balance and core strengthening. The relaxation ,inner focus and breathing  technique provided amazing unexpected stress relief and I found myself wanting to practice every chance I could. As a beginner with still so much to learn I encourage anyone who is looking to improve mind , body and soul to try a few classes at mystic…. There are no expectations , no judgements just honestly great people encouraging you to find inner peace thru relaxation and strengthening of our bodies by stretching and moving. Thank you mystic yogis…..

I just started practicing Yoga and I love it here! The people are so nice and knowledgeable and the atmospheric is perfect! I bought a class package and it was a great gift to myself!

I am a senior and a Yoga teacher and have experienced many many different styles of yoga. Teacher and owner Michele maintains the integrity of Baptiste Yoga with compassion and assertiveness. This unique sequence will leave you feeling empowered and accomplished. You might at first feel overwhelmed as I did but with patience and perseverance your body will learn what to do for maximum benefits. Through the guidance and inspiration of Michele and  all the teachers trained by her personally, you will be exactly who you are meant to be.

I really adore every class I have been to and I am trying to get to every class Mystic Power Yoga offers. I have had an assortment of teachers and all of them have a different way of approaching each student and each class.  Even though I have been an avid runner for more than 20 years I find myself smiling just as much during my yoga classes as I once did running.

Nice small classes. Fun interactive and teacher was very good with the children. The average age was a bit older than my grandson however he fit right in. I wish they had it more than once a week. I am pleased with the children's Yoga Mystic offers with Jen.

Great classes always!!! Nice and warm inside, great stretching poses. I always feel better after any, and all yoga classes. Wonderful, knowledgeable  teachers, always very helpful and fun. Check Mystic Power Yoga studio out for yourself. You'll be soooo glad that you did!!!!
