Great class! Very challenging and the instructor did a great job explaining everything.
Catch These Hands Very good workout. Good pace with adequate recovery times. Makes you be attentive and use your memory. Good blend of use of multiple muscle groups using the extremities and core. Also challenges quickness, timing, coordination. Fun.
Very welcoming and positive atmosphere! This was my first boxing workout class ever and it definitely will not be my last. Emily coaches you every step of the way and keeps up the energy! Top notch music too.

This was my very first boxing class/ experience and Emily was such an awesome and helpful instructor! You definitely sweat and get a great workout in. The music, gym, and whole atmosphere was so fun. I will definitely be coming back for more classes! :)
Wonderful workout! Emily is a great instructor and the gym is clean well lit with a great sound system! Plan on going back real soon!
I really enjoyed the strength training class. I am not the most fit or athletic person, so it was great to have Emily making sure I was doing the exercises correctly and effectively. Emily is very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio was very clean, new, and comfortable. She made the hour go by very quickly. I think this place will be a good fit for me!
I personally prefer a smaller workout class and Karma's in a great space for that. I was nervous going in since I had been overexerted at other studios but Emily was welcoming and encouraging. You're allowed to take the class at your own pace and there are breaks in between. I took the strength class which had familiar movements but was still challenging, and has me feeling it the next day. There was also a warm up and cool down which I appreciated.
I took my first class with Karma fitness today and really enjoyed it! The class I did was Strong is Hot. Emily was a great instructor who took the time to explain each movement and help me pick out weights that worked for me. The class itself was structured nicely where I got a chance to build strength in different muscles and challenge myself.
Such a fun first class! Emily is a great instructor, especially if you’re newer to boxing. The studio space is stunning as well. Will definitely be back
