This is my second class at the Zen Loft and I’ve signed up for platinum monthly pass!

I was able to be guided in meditation and felt such a relief in my body and mindset!

Another great class! I can’t understand how these easy stretches, tapping,breathing exercises work. It’s like magic. I absolutely feel so much better and in much less pain because of these classes. Not to mention the sound bath and guided meditation is like a much needed vacation without buying an airline ticket!

I loved this class! It was so needed.. I dragged my butt into the ZenLoft feeling sore from overdoing it this weekend, almost stayed home.I don’t understand how this somatic stuff can work such magic, I walked out feeling sooo much better!! Oh and the new ZenLoft facelift is beautiful!!!

Movement Meditation & Messages was the best class. I felt relaxed but energized after.  Maureen explained all the moves and their benefit and she so entertaining which made the class fun. I can’t wait to go back and try other classes.

This class was amazing! I'm a newbie and Maureen explained every movement in a way I could understand. As always, her humor is an added plus, we all need laughter in our life and she certainly delivers. Meditation at the end was really calming. Then the messages came. My niece came through who passed from cancer after a 4yr fight, Maureen made a small video on my phone for her mom (my sister), very touching and so appreciated! I will definitely return. Thank you Maureen

I love this class!!!Gena is such an excellent instructor. She has magical music,reiki hands and the most relaxing voice of an angel!
