Jen is the absolute best! Jen creates such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. She’s incredibly attentive throughout class, offering helpful cues and corrections to ensure you maintain proper form and get the most out of every movement. The group energy makes it fun, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely be back!!
I recently joined the J-Fit Community and I have nothing but positive things to say! I was a little nervous about entering a new environment, but from day one Jen and everyone in the classes made me feel so welcome. Everyone is kind, encouraging, and supportive. Jen’s classes are amazing, and I’m really excited to see the progress I’ll be making here. If you’re looking to try something new, I highly recommend giving this community a try. You won’t regret it!
Loved training with the J-fit team for the two months prior to a recent Hyrox race. Did 10 Hyrox specific training classes and took 7 minutes off my previous PR. There is no doubt this was primarily due to Jen’s programming and coaching. Friendly, supportive group training environment where everybody get’s their work done. Definitely planning to keep training with J-fit!

Fantastic ! Love the classes. When I'm in Illinois for months at a time - for sure the unlimited mthly classes are the way to go to kick butt!
For now - classes when I can come will be the way I go to keep me "scared". Her offerings are very flexible (which is amazing). Loving the 8:15 am classes - get's me up, moving, out the door and accomplished workouts for the day by 9:00 am :)
An amazing class, as they all have been. Average burn is 400 cal per class. If you want an inspiring, highly motivated kick ass group to work out with and motivate you to the next level - this is your class. Sign up, you will not regret it!!! . I wish I had time to do these 7x a week, my mind wants it but my body is saying WHAT????? Love the classes.
Tough! Love it though. Very motivating group to work out with, love the energy and fitness of those around you. Take the classes - makes you want to keep coming to see yourself progress. I'm in love with the workouts :).
Session 2 of my month trial !!! She kicked my butt today - and my abs. Don't think I will be able to roll out of bed tomorrow - LOVED it. Ability to modify based on your own skill level - but i love having the friendly competition to push myself beyond what's comfortable.
Looking forward to Session 3.

HOLY COW!! tough but sooo much fun. LOVE LOVE LOVE the outdoor setting with the sun in my face while working out and with an amazing group. So supportive and super fun. Loved starting my Friday morning and weekend of crushing a workout burning some major calories to earn me some fun this weekend. You have to try it once. Promise you will be HOOKED!!
