My first time at the new Wilshire location.  Very glad they sent me directions (including an actual photo of the parking area!) so it was easy to find.  Shannon was on time,  helpful, and professional.  All around, a good experience.

I came to LA for a quick business trip and was able to grab a last minute Botox w Cheryl!!  She's amazing. Super pro. Years of experience!! So kind and fun!!  She did a fantastic job, and although I live all the way in Hawaii, I hope to see her next time I need a touch up. Everyone in the office was kind and caring. Highly recommend
