As someone who has never been able to climb a rope, this was so much fun. I usually get self conscious whenever I can’t do the things that other people are able to get on the first try, but the instructor was kind and patient. Thank you so much for helping me boost my confidence!

For over ten years of great classes, an awesome, fun and funny Instructor, classes are fun, upbeat, move at your own pace. The Fitcamps are phenomenal and they work. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and kept it off, yet life gets in the way and I’m back in as many as fitcamps that I need to be in. Foxy Fit Studios has taught me how to eat better, incorporate better foods, using seasonings that I would’ve never thought of, and I’ve met some awesome ladies. I’ve improved all bloodwork results, I was able to fit back into all of my clothes, getting so many compliments as to what I’ve been doing. No matter how much life knocks me down I always run back to FoxyFitness Studios. They are my second family away from home.
