Great class with Riley. Weights and yoga is helpful for me to hit 2 things in one class but goes at a pace I can handle. Modifications offered and the space is nice! Riley teaches a class accessible to anyone wanting to join of any fitness level. Love this class.

I took a strap class with the instructor Molly. I was very impressed with her knowledge of body mechanics. She spent individual time with me and showed me what I needed to be feeling to do the exercises correctly. I thought it was a hard class, but done with so much instruction and fun! This class really helps. You learn more about your body, and doing the exercises safely. Thanks so much, Molly!
