Great workout.

I love this studio!  No two classes are the same, I feel I’m constantly encouraged to improve in my practice and love Heather’s direction.  Highly recommend this studio which provides individual instruction with small classes.

Jen is great. It was my second class with her and I love her gentle corrections and challenging workouts.

Very knowledgeable and professional, Nadine the owner is not only credentialed but fun. She takes into account my limitations but also encourages me to do more. I couldn't be more pleased.
