This class is always a positive surprise. The cues for breath and form really help me too. Amy changes things up and challenges us every class and she is so nice too!

Yoga class was good Friday, but I wish we did more neck, back yoga poses.

I really love yoga. I have only been doing it at home for almost a year now. I didn’t want to make a fool of myself in person until I felt like I could hold my own. The yoga teacher Sarah was awesome. I really liked her laid back attitude which made me comfortable. The studio is clean and has a relaxing feel. I really enjoyed myself and will be back.

I've practiced many forms of yoga and am returning to my practice after being away from it for several years. I'd previously practiced very regularly different types with different teachers. My experience in any studio has not been that an instructor physically adjusts a student without asking. Additionally, I don't find taking yoga literally on top of each other enjoyable. I am used to a different type of studio. I have only taken two classes here. I did purchase a month unlimited to try the different yoga offerings, not the reformer classes, so I am still open to seeing what the month will bring. I am new to the area and had hoped this being closer to my home would resonate but not sure it is the studio for me, but we will see.
Bridget thank you for your review. After months of being limited to how many students we can have in class due to covid, we are so excited that our students both old and new are taking yoga not only for their body, but their mental health as well. We know that every yoga studio has a different vibe and generally don't subscribe to a McYoga approach so, thank you for taking the time to check us out.
This is an awesome class and a Saturday morning staple for me! It's great to get up and get going! Lauren takes you through moves and the class is always different. We use many different props that the studio has to help us gain muscles and work on our core in a fun and engaging way!
This class has been on our schedule for well over 10 years! We are so glad you've joined the regulars.
