I just moved to the area and haven't taken a Yoga class in about 2 months. I was worried, but I shouldn't have been. I loved the instructor/class/studio! It's very much for all levels and I really appreciate that.

Ive only done one class so far, but what I appreciate most about this studio is the variety of Yoga classes offered. I was exclusively going to a Hot Yoga studio before and while great, I craved a Yin Yoga or normal class. I couldn't afford to do all three, but with this studio, I can.

I can't wait to come back!

Loved the class and teacher! Be prepared to sweat ..clean place smells really good in the place and cool towels after class
