Haven't been in a few years BUT I will be going back soon. The staff are very friendly and will work with you on what ever level you are at and then direct you to the proper class.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this studio!! From the organization to the friendliness of the staff! I’ve been doing hammock since January and I’ve fallen in love!

Amazing aerial classes. They have lots of apparatuses to choose from not just pole.

Gave me the spark back I needed with myself. When it comes to fitness places, I don’t expect much when it comes to a welcoming environment but here it’s so much more than that. Everyone needs exercise but as someone who truly gets bored with gym, this is the best way to entertain yourself while genuinely working out. I love it so much. And this type of body performance brings that confidence back that everyone needs. Even on my lowest days, I still feel good when I leave class.

i learned so much in this class! loved learning rly beautiful beginner moves while still applying the basics to build a potential routine! so accessible and great balance of sw & athletic pole technique so that made my <3 happy :) thank u
