Guys are excellent people good gym

Ever since ive joined Lashleys Training center 2 and a half years ago, Ive been treated with nothing but kindness from the staff that I personally consider some of the nicest people i’ve ever met in my life. On top of all of that, the gym offers many different and useful services for training whether it’s Martial Arts, Self defense, lifting, etc. I recommend this gym to anyone trying to begin their martial arts journey, I consider the coaches here part of my family, overall a great environment to be in.

I have been working out at Lashley’s in Mount Vernon for years now and I love it there. Great new equipment and well maintained, great employees and gym members enjoying a nice clean facility. Can’t get much better than that. I love that they do the toy drive and also donate to local nonprofit organizations
