The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that it was kid friendly and had a playroom for them.

Genuinely the best gym I’ve been to hands down

Was comfortable and class size wasn’t overwhelming, will be back!

The nutrition consultation was very helpful, Rylee was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions I had related to my nutrition plan. She was also able to help me create a plan based on my fitness goals. I would highly recommend the consultation to anyone looking to improve their nutritional diet.

Geanna says she really liked the class today.   She says she likes running around the teacher, Coach Joel!!   The punches are cool too.   She LOVES all the pink gi’s and can’t wait for hers to come in.   That’s it.  (Geanna- 3 years old)
