I had such a wonderful experience in Anurag's Hatha Prime class. His teaching style is excellent. He explains the poses clearly and provides helpful modifications. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful flow of the poses; it felt both challenging and accessible, and the transitions were smooth. He creates a really positive and supportive atmosphere. I highly recommend his class. Thank you Anurag.

I attended my first Power Pulse Pilates class with Loredana today and I really enjoyed it. The pace of the class was great from the warm ups, the Pilates focused movements and the cooldown. I particularly liked the emphasis on breath. Thank you Loredana for the wonderful class and for the assistance in helping me to coordinate my movements. I highly recommend this class. It is accessible for all fitness levels.
