My son Cameron has been taking drum lessons and participating in the Opening Act program for about 6 months. In that time, he has learned so much and has had a blast doing it. He loves his instructor, Doug, and enjoys the opportunity to play in a band with other young musicians.

From my perspective as a parent, communication with the school is answered promptly by phone or text message. Instructors are clear on what needs practice in between lessons and rehearsals, and it’s fun seeing your kid perform on a real stage. I’d highly recommend this school—the summer camps in particular are an excellent chance to give Ready, Set, Gig a try.

My daughter started by attending a summer camp in 2024 and we haven't been able to get her away since!!! She adores this place. She loves the instructors and as a parent knowing she is safe, having fun, and learning means everything to me. I can't begin to say enough about the excellent customer service I receive anytime I need help. I wish every business operated the same way this place does. We are part of the RSG family forever! Thank you RSG for being amazing!!

Great first lesson

Hannah was fantastic with my 3 year old. Unfortunately my daughter is a bit too young to start with lessons, as she was not able to focus on the keyboard, moved to the guitar, then the drums. Hannah was very patient & very kind. I look forward to starting our musical journey maybe this time next year, when my daughter can sit & pay attention to the task at hand.

Ready Set Gig! has been a great place for my 9 yo daughter to learn to play an instrument. Hannah is an amazing guitar teacher. She’s easy going, polite, and friendly. I really appreciate that Doug and Jason have created a relaxed environment that’s conducive to learning; they are both always courteous and accommodating. It’s absolutely a music school I have recommended to others.

Harley was awesome.

I wanted to focus on method and getting comfortable with the drum kit and Noah seriously pulled through. He's endlessly patient and lets me work through tough beats on my own. He teaches me things that are challenging, but never so challenging that I can't figure them out on my own! So pleased to have him as an instructor. It's easy to feel comfortable around him and I always leave feeling so accomplished and proud of myself. You won't regret working with him!

The instructors especially Ms. Presley, are super skilled and supportive - they know how to bring out The best in my voice. Every class is full of fun, growth, and tons of melody.

The vibe here is just awesome – it’s friendly, upbeat, and all about the music. Plus, the sound gear is seriously cool! I’m singing better than I ever imagined, thanks to this place.
