Very nice experience overall

Nicole is the best. I was having trouble with a pose. She came right over and helped me with it.

Took a much needed gentle yoga class this morning with Tara. I have been having leg pain and stiffness. After Tara’s class I felt amazing. I don’t always do gentle classes but today this is just what i needed
