I loved my first Elements class! The flow movement portion of the class was super cool and challenging. Coach Zaida was really great at motivating and being very clear and concise in her instruction. Definitely doing more Elements classes in the future!
Coach John is super insuring. He always tells us we can do more and go further than we think we can. I love how he pushes his students to the limit! I always appreciate the emphasis on strength training too. Give me those kettlebell exercises!
I love coach Mindy’s classes! Non-stop, upbeat and energetic. I am totally spent at the end of Mindy’s classes, exactly what this six week challenger needs!

I have been really enjoying the classes at Best Hour Kickboxing in Kent, WA! I am taking the 6 week challenge and just finished my fourth 1 hr class. Both Coach Jess and Coach Joshua have put on some amazing (butt kicking) classes. I never thought I would like exercising and feeling the burn this much!

When I came to Best hour I wasn't feeling good about myself. I had lost all my muscle tone and feeling weak. Due to medical reasons. I was given the support I was needing. They helped me with a great meal plan. With in 2weeks I was building muscle and feeling great about myself again. I had more energy. The coaches and the trainer's are amazing.
