A great studio and Michael is amazing yoga teacher.

The first session of Yin Yoga Training was exceptional. Both instructors captivated my attention and allowed ample time for questions and insights. Both instructors are extremely knowledgeable educators with compassion and passion for what they do. I was so happy I signed up for this training!

This was my first time at the studio and it did not disappoint.  The community was welcoming and the space was great.  Julie and Michael led an amazing sequence with very impactful talks.  This cause was amazing and much gratitude to all involved.

This class meant so so much to me, I am so happy I was able to be part of this fundraiser and I hope to see more in the community! Michael and Julia were extremely helpful even with a full class!

Julia is a fabulous yoga instructor!

I have recently come back to Shine and am so glad I have. Kathryn's yoga strong class is fantastic and I always leave feeling strong, yet calm, and so grateful that I dedicated that hour to myself.

Truly enjoyed the Yoga barre class with Taryn! It was challenging and inspiring to push myself and give myself much deserved relaxation. I look forward to returning!

My friends have been telling me about Michael’s Friday night class.  I’m from Philly so your venue isn’t around the corner.  I took a class last night 1/2/26 for the first time.  Michael is the best!!! I’ll be back. ☺️
