My friends have been telling me about Michael’s Friday night class.  I’m from Philly so your venue isn’t around the corner.  I took a class last night 1/2/26 for the first time.  Michael is the best!!! I’ll be back. ☺️

Julia is an outstanding instructor. Her deep knowledge is evident in every class that I've done of hers and her attention to safe technique make me feel more confident doing yoga (at my age, lol.) She teaches with such kindness and patience that you always feel supported.

taryn's sunday deep hot stretch was my first class at shine and basically my inflexible body entry into yoga.  Taryn could not have been more welcoming and the class is super chill and manageable for newbies like myself.  no question i'll be going back...

I started yoga classes just two weeks ago and I truely believe this is a life changing experience for me . I feel amazing and I can’t thank Shine enough for that . My friend (neighbor) Lisa introduced this to me and I cant say enough about  the kindness and open arms welcome I received from all of the instructors . I will continue to go to classes and I look forward to this each day I go . Also the atmosphere in the studio is awsome and so clean .Love Love this place

The class was the perfect amount of heat and movement for me

I absolutely loved the Power Yoga class today with Kathryn Shollenberger, it was my first time so I was a little woobly during the balance moves, but powered through. I feel lighter, less stressed, a little calmer, stretched out and it did wonders for my back. I'm definately coming back. Thank you so much.

Went to my first ever Hot Yoga class and it was absolutely amazing!! Loved everything about it, the instructor was excellent, very friendly & welcoming. It was a great class and a very nice studio, cannot wait to join another class.
