My new favorite workout! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable. I love how hands on Vanessa is and how each of her classes are unique. Will definitely be an anchor in my rotation!

Vanessa G’s classes just keep getting better. Her cueing is always clear and precise, and she knows exactly how to make the right modifications while offering great challenges for advanced clients. I sometimes have to come to a Level 1 class due to the time, and she still finds ways to make it feel dynamic and engaging. She’s amazing at helping new clients feel comfortable while never forgetting about those who’ve been coming for a while. Emily is an Excellent teacher! I took the subway to get to her class l it was totally worth it. My body feels so aligned after her class. I just wish she had more classes scheduled at the studio near my home

I love classes with Emily In fact I love classes with every instructor here. Even though my membership ends this week, I hope to be back when my schedule allows (especially if early morning classes are added!)

My introductory class was fantastic.  Instructions were clear, attentive and detailed.
