All the instructors are very nice and helpful. I’m learning a lot!

I highly recommend this class! The energy/vibe from the instructor is 10 she took her time to explain, and demonstrated all the moves. I will definitely add this class into my workout schedule.

Grateful to have found Pole Factory. I came here for the non-pole classes and I am currently enjoying gymnastics with Gabby and Sensual Floorwork with Bree. These movement options have helped me stay healthy and confident in my body as I approach 50. Instructors are skilled, friendly, approachable, and supportive. Had a great time at intro to pole! I liked the warmup, and how we incorporated some basic exercises to start. Carissa was very helpful and approachable. I'll definitely be back for more!

I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Justin was a great teacher he was informative and fun. The class had room to make mistakes - you could try something, fail and try again on your own or with guidance from Justin. I felt like i could try my best and not feel embarrassed. I walked away feeling excited about taking another class and empowered.
