Great instructors, friendly staff and wonderful workout

I loved it! I have been wanting to try some of the classes here, as I’m a point in my life where I need a change. I attended the anniversary celebration with a friend and although we had never attended any classes yet we both felt welcome and a sense of belonging the moment we entered. Kyla’s led meditation at the start helped me realize that this is somewhere I want to be. Staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The gift bags we all received were such a nice, thoughtful and generous touch. I am excited to start my  new , healthy journey here.

Great first class for me after not doing pilates for many years.

I attended the boxing class with Cass today. It was hands down the MOST intense workout I have ever had. I loved it!  Can't wait until next week and I hope this class becomes part of your regular schedule!!

This class left me feeling relaxed and refreshed and ready to start the week. Bala was knowledgeable thorough and I look forward to attending this class again! I would recommend Bala’s class to anyone curious about starting yoga and wants to do something good for their body! Beginner friendly but still felt like I exercised. Overall great experience.
