What a great class! One of my favourite to start a Saturday :)

I first came to Yoga Loft through classpass, after going to many other studios, and immediately after the first class I registered for the monthly membership. The staff is very friendly and understanding and the classes are well paced. Would highly recommend !

I was gifted with a monthly unlimited new membership and it has been the best Christmas gift ever received. I’m over 55 years of age, retired and not visibly handicapped. I’ve got various health conditions including a fractured knee that has had 3 surgeries. I also suffer from severe depression and enjoy being homebound.
This new hot yoga practice has been a life changer for me. In about a month I’m noticing improvement with my mood, circulation, flexibility, focus/concentration and my breathing is calm now. My OM’s are one of the longest in a class. I’ve learned to also face my fears when meditating and have also let go some tears. With my chronic pain and fear of falling I do appreciate when the instructors come around to do adjusting. This helps me to push myself and have more confidence too. Thank you Yoga Loft staff.
From the first day I stepped into Yoga Loft Vaughan Jenn C (the owner) was amazing. She is friendly, welcoming and made me use a yoga mat at no charge since mine wasn’t suitable for hot yoga. She is warm and is super friendly with everyone. This studio is clean, stylish and always smells nice with incense burning from the moment you step into the studio. All her staff are also super friendly and are amazing at what they do. Their classes are always running on time and the front doors are open early to the public so we can stretch and meditate before a class starts.
To dissolve confusion I would like to continue my yoga practice at Yoga Loft since there is a nice community who comes here. I don’t know if I’ll be able to afford the membership since I’m on a retired income.
I highly recommend yoga Loft to you men and women as it will change your life!
