Great place and instructor!

Loved today’s reformer session. I must admit I was skeptical at first. But there was  something so calming about the simplicity and solitude of the space that made me feel grounded . No fuss, no over complication of exercises just  mindful movement, precise alignment, and connecting breath with control. Can’t wait for my next session with Rawya

It was my first time trying pilates. It was an amazing class and definitely doing it again. Janna is such a good instructor she is kind and takes care of every movement and makes sure I was doing it properly!
