I have been an athlete/weightlifter/runner my whole life. I have never ever attempted Yoga due to never being flexible. With some old and new injuries and a friend recommendation, I thought I should at least try it. I did the Hot 90 class with Donna and all I can say is, WOW! I did what I could do-which was no where close to the veterans in the class, but my shoulder/hip/knee feels amazing and afterwards I felt so focused and relaxed! Definitely incorporating this into my weekly routine.

First time doing yoga and I decided to try it for a month. I have been to Hot Yoga and it is very challenging but Beatrice helps make you not feel bad that you can’t do all the moves. She also encourages you that you will get better. Love this studio.

This is the best yoga studio ever,I have been practicing hot yoga for 20 years now and I just started Barre with Angeline,Monday and Wednsday nights at 7pm .Come join us you will love it.

I started trying different yoga classes offered at Inverted Elephant in January to help overcome a left shoulder injury. My absolute favorite class is the 90 minute Hot Yoga class. Over the last 3 weeks of taking classes 3 to 4 times a week my shoulder injury is almost healed. I was able to start back training at a Crossfit gym and am now addicted to the 90 minute Hot Yoga sessions. I find that it is complementary to my intense cardio and weight lifting sessions and leave there feeling revived.

I have been going to the studio on and off for few years now. Finally I get to retire from work and be able to enjoy more often the different classes that is offered. Love the yin classes. For me stretching is to renew myself. My body feels great and definitely my mental health every time I finished a class. This studio is an oasis for you body.
I just tried barre few days ago and it was awesome it really woke up my muscles. Definitely a class to take more often too.
