Mallory is a great instructor! She is very well spoken and does gentle corrections when needed. I am still new to exercising, but Mallory made me feel comfortable in class, and she is very encouraging!!

I have just completed my sixth class and am feeling more and more comfortable each time. It’s definitely different from regular Pilates but in a good way. I feel like I’ve gotten a full body workout when I’m done. It was very intimidating at first but Mackenzie has really been an incredible instructor. She always helps place me by experienced people and is very descriptive with the moves. I’ve only taken one class with Genevieve but she was awesome too!!
Alex was AMAZING! She explained everything clearly, made the class feel approachable, and brought such a warm, kind energy. The workout was perfectly balanced and extremely challenging (in the best way).
A new type of very challenging workout! It makes you shake and you can feel all those tiny muscles working really hard. I’ll definitely be back for another class!
Genevieve was amazing. Her class was relaxing and completely transformed me. At the end, she told us to come back from our meditation. After class I told her I wanted to just sleep on the lagree carriage! I highly recommend sound bowls at Drive Train Fitness.
