So fun and helpful!

i decided to do a semi-private class before jumping into a regular class as i am new to Pilates and wanted a little crash course. Emilee was the instructor and was amazing! I felt so comfortable and moved my body in ways i did not know i needed. it was the perfect work out for where i am physically right now. i can not wait for my next class. The studio was clean, inviting 10/10.

Loved it! Great teacher, her voice is very soothing and totally puts you in a relaxing mood. Enjoyed the class very much. Thank you

Absolutely loved our first class this morning! I felt very comfortable learning from Julie and will definitely be signing up for another class.

This was my first time ever taking a Pilates class and it was so fun and rewarding! Julie was a great instructor too and her help was so appreciated.

What a great class! I travel and do Pilates all over the US, and loved the intention and movement behind this one. The studio was quaint, clean, and inviting! Loved my instructor. Can’t wait for my next class!

I was very nervous to try the reformer but Kristen was amazing! She explained everything and patiently walked us through the exercises. I can’t wait for my next session!!

Such a great experience. My body felt great after my first introductory reformer class. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My instructor Peggy was incredibly kind and welcoming, as were all the girls I did the class with. However, it seemed like there was a lot of distraction, and not a lot of guidance coming from her at times. I wish there was music (she played it on her phone so it wasn't silent, but it wasn't loud enough), and more counting down/ structure to the class. She would tell us to do a movement, then talk with her friend and randomly coming into counting down when she wanted. I will be returning, I just wanted to point this out that because of the lack of organization the class was hard to follow and not very challenging.
