Lovely Sunday morning swim in the Autumn Sun in a beautiful and friendly setting
Lovely swim as always at Blue Lagoon, very peaceful and not too crowded. We have been members for well over a year now. We have also swum at Y-Lake but unfortunately due to a problem with the app we can never book a swim there, possibly because we begun our Evolve Endurance swimming at Blue Lagoon. Who knows!
Absolutely fabulous! So clean, the changing places are perfect and the heater/fire and showers just perfect!
I had a great experience at Lake Y for my first ever open water swim. The facilities were great, lovely clean lake and the staff were really welcoming. The chap keeping watch at the side of the lake was especially good, I was pretty nervous as a first timer and he made me feel a lot more comfortable with some clear instructions and encouragement.
I loved my first open water swim and will definitely return.
