Great class, very challenging
A great class, as always! Mylene is constantly checking in with us to ensure the movements are safe and if modifications are required we are aware of what to do. I love this class because we can make it work for our abilities each time. Mylene is an amazing instructor, very caring, very intuitive, very aware. I always come away feeling I had a workout and I am excited for the next one. Thank-you! Sara

It was a Level 2 class with Rena.
The difficulty and movement flow were excellent.
Today’s lower body focused workout really made me feel like I exercised hard.
Such a good and satisfying feeling after class.

Carmen was really great. Her queuing was on point, very thoughtful. Asked each participant if there was anything for her to be aware of, focused on that for each person. Presented with confidence and was very pleasant. I enjoyed the hour with her and I wish her well in path. I think she will be a great Pilates instructor. Sara
I had an amazing session with Rena today! She explained the key points of each movement so clearly that I could follow along smoothly without any confusion. Her teaching style is very straightforward and efficient, which really helped me stay focused and feel the workout. I’m so happy with how today’s class went, and I’m already looking forward to Saturday’s session!
