Fantastic class with Eva this morning. She incorporated a lot of functional movement challenges for us, which definitely highlighted some of my weaknesses. Always a pleasure to have Eva leading our class!

Amazing class at noon today, Kathleen! So much so I hesitated to post a review because I don't want to be unable to get in!!!  Lots of attention to detail, and many questions asked and answered. Very much looking forward to next week.

A class which challenges you to practise in alignment.  

Eva's corrections are a bonus since you feel where the body part isn't fully engaged, thus feeling how the appropriate use of the body part should be positioned.
