I always love taking Jennifer’s Hot 26 class! She brings such great energy to the room and somehow makes the heat and humidity feel a little more bearable. She’s incredibly encouraging, offers great cues throughout class, and keeps things fresh by mixing in double postures.
Loren is the teacher you take when you’re ready to be pushed & advance your practice. He talks fast and encourages you to MOVE SLOW. 10/10. A staple to my weekly routine!

Lindsay has the most soothing voice while you are sweating and shaking during the flow!! The perfect balance of challenging with feeling successful.
