Always a fun and challenging class!

So good! I’ve taken classes all over the city and none have been as good as this class was!! Wow I was blown away by how tough that was but it felt incredible afterwards. I’ve been to other studios where I have injured myself from not doing the moves correctly or by the coach not bothering to demo the moves but this was the complete opposite. I would highly recommend her class!
