Hey, I was determined to save enough for a new laptop, but every time I made progress, some bills or repairs drained the money away. Today was my Third Remote Session. I am out of Minnesota so I am unable to physically be in the Egg. After consulting with Sharon like a regular session intention is set and music is picked. I sat in meditation listening to the selected music in noise canceling headphones.

The session was smooth with very similar sensations as to the Egg. The intensity is less as there is no external vibrations as in the egg. The after glow doesn’t last as longer either.

That being said it’s an amazing tune up to stay on track if one cannot physically be in the egg.

I will continue to use the Egg and Remote Sessions in my self care.

This experience was the most relaxing, Zen, meditation I have ever experienced.  Stepping into the Egg was like entering a peaceful sanctuary.  The space is perfectly designed taking into consideration all of your senses.  I have already gone back and will continue to bring friends and relatives.   Sharon is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to ensure that people receive the most benefit.  It does not matter if you are new to meditation or meditate on a consistent basis, the Egg offers a powerful, restorative experience.  I highly recommend to anyone needed a reset or a little peace in the middle of a busy life.

I am so delighted with the OM Center and the owner, Sharon.  As soon as you walk in, you are enveloped with this wonderful energy that feels like being hugged.  I've had two different types of treatments there (multiple times each) and have been super pleased with each session.  Beyond the treatment sessions, Sharon just elevates the experience even more.  She takes the time to assess what is most needed and offers so much depth to the experience.
