Today I experienced my first Harmonic Egg experience. It was terrific! From the clear explanations, from owner Sharon, to the rooms’ comfort (including comfy blankets), dimmed lights and very large (read non claustrophobic) seating area within the egg.  I felt wonderful coming out of the experience and would swear I was only immersed in vibration for ten minutes though 50 minutes had passed! 5 stars!
Can’t wait to do it again!

I had a truly transformative experience with Harmonic Egg. I arrived with rare anxiety episodes and a lifelong struggle with claustrophobia, but Sharon, the owner, put me at ease the moment she started speaking to me. Her calm presence and genuine care helped me step into the egg and even close the door, something I never imagined I could do without fear.

The session itself was incredibly peaceful and profoundly deep. It’s hard to put into words, but it felt like a reset for my mind and spirit. Hey, I was determined to save enough for a new laptop, but every time I made progress, some bills or repairs drained the money away. Today was my Third Remote Session. I am out of Minnesota so I am unable to physically be in the Egg. After consulting with Sharon like a regular session intention is set and music is picked. I sat in meditation listening to the selected music in noise canceling headphones.

The session was smooth with very similar sensations as to the Egg. The intensity is less as there is no external vibrations as in the egg. The after glow doesn’t last as longer either.

That being said it’s an amazing tune up to stay on track if one cannot physically be in the egg.

I will continue to use the Egg and Remote Sessions in my self care.
