Loved the flow

Kylee is an exceptional instructor. Great cues, very positive, great playlist, keeps class flowing and theming engaged and the body working!  The studio is super clean, great vibe, and really nice equipment.

Haley always has unique and challenging workouts for us and I look forward to this class every week!

What a great all body workout. Love it!

Finally a hot class!! I have been so bummed about the PCH studio continuing to be way too cold now. The doors are always left open there now at the entrance and the back door by the mat room letting cold air in, I’ve tried to close them or asked for them to be closed and while of course all staff is always so nice - they say no we need to leave them open. The reformer room continues to be cool and I leave class with not one drop of sweat on my body . This week I asked for the instructor to make the upstairs room hotter as when I walked in it was cool and she said she wasn’t allowed to. Again, she was very nice and her instruction was great - but it felt cool the entire class.

All that to say this class was absolutely amazing I finally was sweating in class again and felt like I had a very challenging workout! Her moves were unique and the flow was challenging and fluid. So sad she is moving to SD! I will definitely start going to the fashion island studio more so as the other studio, specifically the reformer room upstairs, unfortunately is just not hot anymore & it makes me sad & frustrated and honestly like a waste of a workout sometimes which I NEVER felt that way before. The instructors are great, but I love to sweat in class which is why I love drenched so much. So it looks like I will be switching back to just the OG OC studio - and I am hopeful it stays hot here
