This place is truly amazing! I have tired yoga (hot and regular) at many different locations in my day, but this place has got me completely hooked! The teachers and the little extras (cool essential oil towels, sound baths, etc.) will make you look no further. I cannot recommend more highly. Thank you!!! This is just what my soul needed and I feel beyond grateful to have found this gem of a community! :)

An amazing and rejuvenating workout combining physical and spiritual wellness. Greg was easy to follow and provided many options suitable for all skill levels. The studio is cozy, welcoming, clean, and well organized. Definitely recommend!
