I had my first session today and it was wonderful. Sara was very welcoming and walked me through the studio and explained how the different areas are used. The session was incredibly relaxing and I loved that we were encouraged to go at our own speed and focus on the areas that are important to us. I would recommend Ignite Yoga to friends and family.
Skilled instructor, good challenging pace, amazing playlist. Perfect way to start the weekend. TGIF!

A special shoutout to Gregg and his weekend Vinyasa Flow (HOT) classes - they have become one of my favourite ways to start a weekend morning! Gregg brings such incredible energy, a fun personality and the right amount of encouragement to every class. He somehow makes everyone enjoy while also challenging the class to push a little harder and keep flowing through all that sweat!
