First time going to True Ride in years and am so grateful to be back! Everyone was so encouraging which helped empower me to keep pushing forward. Troy is such a light and brings so much joy to the whole group! The owners have created such a welcoming and accepting place!! Can’t wait to share this experience with friends!!

Hip-Hop Sunday rides are one of my favorite. The music always has a good beat. Sometimes explicit which I don’t mind and easy to ride to as well. Thanks Sam for providing the best way to start my Sunday!

Coach Christina is an ass kicker!! She’s a whole different story and a whole different caliber than Coach Bailey, Coach Sam, Coach Marina, Coach Lacey, and Coach Patty. I can never ever keep up with her at all, and each and every time, she kicks my ass super bad!! I’m glad she’s an ass kicker because it helps get me disciplined and gets me back into shape!! She’s beyond a coach, and I wouldn’t even come anywhere close to how fast she rides and how intense she makes her classes!! Absolutely love taking Coach Christina’s spin classes!! She knows how to make people sweat like crazy and she knows how to push people out of their comfort zones!! Now if only she would come over to my bike and turn my resistance up on me so much that i would basically be dying from how hard I’m having to push that gear!!
