Neaumix is my favorite pilates studio by far! The instructors are very knowledgable, offering challenges and modifications throughout the entire workout. I took Melissa's class and even though it was challenging, I am not left super sore to the point that I can't move the next day! 10/10 would recommend!

McKinna was very patient and attentive to everyone in the room. The class had a great balance of challenge and time to reset - definitely felt the burn in my core and legs without it being too overwhelming. Would highly recommend taking one of her classes!

Bryan’s Pilates class is welcoming and easy to follow for a beginner, while still offering routines that push you to grow and build strength.

Great energy

So my first I was a little intimidated never taking a Pilates class before but as soon as I walked in Parmiss made me feel very comfortable.  I loved it small and intimate, not like some of the other studios I’ve checked out.  I’m all in. Sign me up.

Instructor was great! Class was a vibe! Can’t wait to come back!
