Heated power with Holly this morning was a nice challenge. Can’t go wrong with any class here at Rise honestly. Such a wonderful studio and community.

Alia’s class was just what I needed. I stayed after the power yoga class and so glad I did.

Sometimes the stars align and the class you take is just what  you needed.  Great workout!

Wonderful vibrant vinyasa class! Challenging but fun too. Kim is super creative and down to earth. Loved this! 🥰

I love Heather's classes. It is the only day I set my alarm to make sure I get up in time to feed animals and make it to class on time.

Tonight’s class was subtle movements with control.  It sounds much easier than it was.

I attend Holly’s class to peel off the layers of stress life can add on.  Holly’s class does not disappoint!

I had the misfortune of receiving some very difficult news early this morning, and pushed myself on to Heathers class knowing she was focusing on the nervous system. I can’t even begin to describe how helpful the breathing, the stretching, and the focus helped me begin a journey down a path that we are all sooner or later faced with. My emotions all over the place, I was in exactly the right place. Thank you Heather and the Rise community for allowing a space of comfort, no matter our circumstances. You provide such a gift for all of us!
